If you want to make blogging on WORDPRESS then your first step is to download WAMPSERVER on your pc. After downloading WAMPSERVER on your PC will work as a server in your own pc but only for WINDOW users, it can be used to test your script.
follows these steps to install wampserver :-
You can be direct download the wampserver.
When you click on wampserver you saw a page like this below:
If you are using 32 bit window then you have to click on 32 bit,else you have to click on 64 bit

After downloading the WAMPSERVER you have to open it.you just follow the instruction by click on next button by agreeing their terms and conditions.
After the installation,if went well.there is new icon in bottom right like the picture below.the green colour W is an icon of WAMPSERVER.
If you want to see the menu, you just have click on that icon. When menu expand in front of you then you may EXIT or STOP the server.you can also view help files and saw configuration pages.you understand better by seeing the picture below.
After the complete installation of WAMPSERVER you have to open your web browser and type "Localhost" then a Welcome screen appears on screen and you can read server configuration on that page.you can more aware after seeing the picture below.
Last but not the least! Here is the last step after the installation of WAMPSERVER,You can launch phpmyadmin console by clicking on the button named "phpmyadmin".You will be able to manage your MYSQL Database on.you can be more explained after seeing the image below
